Chelan- Race

Chelans, those "of the rainbow", are a race of people known for their unique glass-like skin which shines with all the colors and light of a rainbow. They live amongst the dunes of the vast desert known as the Prismatic Sea. Like the Chelans, the desert's sands shine with color and light up with magic. 

Chelans are to the sands like dolphins are to the sea, swimming amongst the chromatic sands with ease. They travel the Prismatic Sea, swimming through its sands and trading both stories and goods.
