“As much as I enjoy writing, there’s nothing I loathe more than writing about myself. I’m a lover of knowledge and of the wonders that the world has to offer, and I’m a loyal servant to the Lady Moontide. Luckily, those things all overlap very conveniently.”
— Solomon Reiss, The Givers of Gifts: A Warlock’s Codex
Solomon Reiss started his adventuring career as the student of the warlock Zakuriss Opaleye. Named for the artifactual eye gifted to him by his patron, Opaleye was a fair but hardened sea captain that took Solomon under his tutelage and taught him all that he knew about traversing the sea, wielding a sword, and manipulating the eldritch gifts supplied by their patron, The Lady Moontide. After serving him for two decades, Solomon struck out on his own to find his fortune and better his position among his patron’s chosen.
